A caring environment built by the camaraderie of a tight knit patient group and skilled nurses, doctors, and counselors. Watched over by a very smart and caring director, a well oiled machine for those seeking help.

I'm an alumni of Valley Hope Atchison, 1990. It is because of this amazing facility that I have been sober since...a day at time. Excellent counselors, nursing and program! I've visited other treatment centers to speak and always leave feeling grateful I surrendered and sought help at valley hope. Very few centers can even meet the bar that Valley Hope continues to uphold and maintain. I see a couple of negative comments and it makes me sad that people still don't understand the patient has to be willing to do the work to get and maintain long term sobriety. NO facility can do this for anyone. They can teach us about the disease and give us the tools..it is our responsibility to use them.

Valley Hope of Atchison is a wonderful place. The counselors are very well educated, and the nursing staff is incredible. The food is also great! I can tell you firsthand the negative reviews this place gets are from people who refused to apply themselves - this place is top of the line. Can’t wait to go back and visit!

Saved my niece Brittany Dwyer life she was addicted to paint huffing and pills and was prostituting in gallatin mo. Until she was admitted here nobody could help her. Thank you for saving Brittany

Definitely saved my life. Can't put into words the appreciation I have for all staff members. Counselors have walked the walk. I will be back...but only as part of the alumni..
